2. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@thetoystudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Alternatively, you can also request a return by clicking the "Returns" button at the bottom of the website and filling in the required information.
- Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please make sure the returned item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
